Using VORCEND
These terms apply to your use of VORCEND, published by Melhem M Saleh, together with the applicable platform terms and our Privacy Policy. By using the game, you agree to these terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
VORCEND is currently in private testing. Public release dates and official store links are shown on the release-information page when available.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use VORCEND and authorized to use your sign-in account. If you are 16 or 17, obtain parent or guardian permission where required by local law. Do not make purchases without authorization from the payment-account holder.
Accounts and fair play
Use only accounts and sign-in methods you are authorized to use. Protect your credentials and keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for content you submit and activity you authorize.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt services, impersonate others, harass players, share unlawful content or violate another person’s rights. We may restrict harmful behavior or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the game and its players. Contact support if you wish to dispute an action.
Game content and media
The game and its original assets are licensed for personal gameplay and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use of real-world names, equipment or locations does not imply endorsement by a government, armed force, platform or manufacturer. Do not use the game or its assets to violate others’ rights.
Coins and multiplayer energy
Coins are virtual game currency. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used only for the game functions shown to you. The game and store display the applicable price and content before purchase; prices and availability may vary by region.
Online multiplayer uses energy. Three free charges are available, each with an independent 24-hour recharge after use. Additional energy is available for coins. Solo games do not consume multiplayer energy. Online play requires a signed-in game account and an internet connection.
Payments and refunds
The relevant platform processes payments and applicable taxes. Refunds follow that platform’s process and applicable consumer law. Contact support about missing game entitlements or a purchase-verification problem; do not send full payment-card details.
Account deletion removes unused game balances. It does not automatically request a store refund or delete your independent platform account. Any change or discontinuation affecting purchased content will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Online services and changes
Online play may be affected by outages, maintenance, connectivity and device interruptions. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Game balance and features may evolve. We will communicate material changes as required, and applicable store descriptions and release notes should reflect them.
Communication and support
Use available mute, block and report tools. Voice chat is optional and requires microphone permission. For help, player reports, complaints or account requests, contact support@vorcend.com. Include your player ID if available and a brief description, but never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection laws continue to apply. We may update these terms as the game develops and will communicate material changes as required by law. The effective date appears above.
